With the rapid development of the world economy globalization,international association unceasingly thoroughly,also in cross-cultural communication.Diet cultural differences affect intercultural communication is one factor of communication.Different ways of thinking and western philosophy has Chinese and western diet cultural differences:Chinese syncretic,its food to eat,with things,ideographic profound unpredictable,Westerners to people-oriented,the diet exquisite specially uygur,system.Understanding of diet culture in cross-cultural communication and understanding of the differences between the profound cultural connotation and explore its culture,can avoid some diet culture differences caused because of misunderstanding and communicative obstacles to western culture,thus further communication,complementary and compatibility.
