(1)點(diǎn)和別人同樣的菜
I'll have the same. ( 我要同樣的東西.)這個(gè)句子表示要和同伴點(diǎn)同樣的菜肴.如果看不太懂菜單時(shí),看看鄰座的菜說That looks delicious. What is it?(那道菜看起來不錯(cuò),是什么呢?) 之后加上I'll have the same.也是一種妙法.
(2)點(diǎn)菜 I'll take this "Steak Dinner." I'd like it medium-rare.(我要這個(gè)牛排餐.我要嫩的.)此句也可以用I'll have ….如果想要中式的吃法時(shí),就說We're going to share a Seafood Combination and a Caesar Salad.(我們要海鮮總匯和愷撒沙拉.) 服務(wù)生就會(huì)用大盤(plates)端上來. 點(diǎn)牛排時(shí)常常被問到How would you like your steak?(幾分熟?)這時(shí)可以說I'd like it medium-rare. (我要五分熟.)或Well-done, please.(全熟的.)
(3)要求更換刀叉 Excuse me, but could you bring me another fork. Please? (對不起,請你再拿一支叉子給我.)也可以說May I have another one ?(再給我一支叉子好嗎?)
(4)要一杯水Could I have a glass of water? (能不能給我一杯水?)
要用東西時(shí),就用Would you bring me... ?(能不能把……拿來給我?) 或者Could I have... ?(能給我……嗎?)大家都想要的話,就說 We'd like some water, please.(給我們來點(diǎn)水.)
(5)表示對菜肴的贊成Yes, it was very good. Thank you.(很好,謝謝!)用餐后,服務(wù)員會(huì)問Did you enjoy your dinner ?(菜合不合胃口?)你就可以用上一句回答.在用餐當(dāng)中,服務(wù)員也許會(huì)問How's everything?這個(gè)時(shí)候可以用It's delicious.Thank you. 來回答.
(6)剩下的菜打包帶回Can I have a food bag? (給我一個(gè)打包袋.)在餐廳用餐有剩菜時(shí),可以向服務(wù)員要食品袋,將食物帶回家.因此,在用完餐之后常?？梢月牭?I'd like to have a food bag.
(7)埋單 Could I have the check ,please ?(我要買單.)
用餐后,就等服務(wù)員拿帳單(check/bill)來.等服務(wù)員說完Anything else?(您還要什么嗎?) 時(shí),可以用上面一句說要埋單,只說Check, please. 也行.用手勢向站在遠(yuǎn)處的服務(wù)員表示要埋單也是一個(gè)好辦法.
(8)付帳 Can I pay by credit card? (我可以用信用卡付帳嗎?)
有些餐館要到柜臺(cashier)付帳.如果不知道柜臺的位置,就問Where can I pay?出差的時(shí)候,不要忘記要求Could I have a receipt?(能給我收據(jù)嗎?)
