根據(jù)被審計(jì)中國公司的公司條款,公司的決議應(yīng)該是在出席會議的董事會成員四分之三以上投贊成票的情況下才能生效.我們想了解一下,在中國四分之三以上的出席董事會成員投贊成票使公司決議生效的情況是否是正常的?
