As society progresses,people with disabilities today received more care.Many people have this feeling in dealings with disabilities do not know how to help them.This may have two reasons,one is due to lack of experience in helping people with disabilities; the other hand,fear that providing assistance to people with disabilities will hurt self-esteem.However,some people with disabilities are still deep-rooted prejudices,if the lack of relevant laws and regulations,protect the rights and interests of persons with disabilities will fall into the "lip service" instead of focusing.
