We hereby appoint Knight Frank (Beijing) Property Consultant as our sole and exclusive agent to represent us with regard to our contemplated search for office accommodation in Beijing,China.
While you are acting as our agent,you shall propose and evaluate all the relevant office space options available in the market that will potentially meet our requirements.In turn,we will refer all unsolicited submissions of office space to you for your evaluation and protect your position as our sole and exclusive agent in identifying and negotiating the commercial terms and conditions,on our behalf,for all buildings in the market.
We confirm our understanding that standard landlord marketing fees for a successful lease transaction and subsequent occupancy of a building by this company shall be paid by the landlord to Knight Frank (Beijing) Property Consultant.
We understand that should we be dissatisfied with the services you are providing us,we are free to terminate this agency agreement by providing you with no less than five working days (5) day’s prior written notice.
