The word sport give us the thought about good health, losing weight, physical activity etc.
in the physiological world it says that during exercise the body will release a substance which make us feel good, it's this substance that make us like exercise and craving for it.
Not only that exercise is a good activity for health, it can also make us get to know other people better or make a stronger friendship, for example; hanging around with friends and watching football together, playing badminton together. This kind of sports will make us be better in cooperation and get to know each other better.
So in differents point of view sports are activities that already is a part of our life.
