hello,every body,i'm glad to stand here and today i'd like to talk about my campus life as a freshman.
i still remember the first day i reported to south west university.i had a health check-up,paid my tuition fee ,hand on my registration and so on.not until i finished
all of them by myself did i realised i spent the whole of 2 hours.at that time i didn't recognise this place,and even lost my way.i think the school is large,feeling a
little happy for i lived in no.1 dormintory,which one is very close to teaching building.but it didn't last long.when i found it's about ten minutes'walk to public
baths i felt really annoyed.how could it spent more than half an hour—one-fourtieighth of every day on taking a bath?
apart from the accomodation condition,i can live pretty good.myy roomates are very nice ,sometime can be extrordinary humorous.the only thing we are really worried
about is eatting too much ,feeling hungry too much every day!once we decided to go on a diet and didn't eat dinner.unfortunately we became hungry after evening
class.we looked at each other,without saying a word,just giving a meaningful smile.then we ran to the snake street as fast as an arrow and have a big meal.
however,at that time,i came to realise that this is university.no body cares about you weight.no body cares about your study.no body cares about if you live a
meaningful life,except yourself.most chinese students in university have no goal,just play all the day,which is waste of life.i'm definitely sure i don't want to live
in that way.i know i have to work hard in every side to get progress,and everytime i get a little progress i think myself more shallow.每一次我得到一點進步我便越是不滿
足.that's the pleasure for get knowlegy,however it's from taking courses,reading books,watching movies and so on.這就是獲得知識的樂趣,無論是從課堂內得來,還是閱讀書
籍、觀賞電影等等課外活動得來.and it's all because that delightfully i have more time of my own to do what i love.
campus life gives me challenges.i'm not much of hand at performing in public for i have still been a little shy and always afraid of making mistakes.i never dance
before,buti participated in the chemical good voice as a dancer,even wearing heavy make-up.i never compere before but i become a compere at an activity.such kind of
things keep going on,which makes me feel enriched.
just like nick huzhe says:"leave what's behind and press forward,you can only win,if you don't give up."
i hope my campus life will become more colorful and meaningful.
