其實(shí)than before 中的than是連詞,不是介詞,其后是一個(gè)比較狀語(yǔ)從句,只不過(guò)把主語(yǔ)和be動(dòng)詞或助動(dòng)詞等省略.如He is richer than before =He is richer than he was before.此時(shí)before是一個(gè)副詞“在以前”.
than usual“比平常”,usual常這樣用,比如as usual“像平常一樣”.
