以上達成的意見記錄將不會影響賣方在合同描述中應承擔的責任,除非產(chǎn)生與設計、技術(shù)文檔所含內(nèi)容、材料、合同設備、以及賣方的介紹、監(jiān)督均無關(guān)而引起的包括安裝過程中肉眼無法識別的任何錯誤和產(chǎn)品失效.
意思就是說賣方對合同內(nèi)容中要承擔的責任還是要承擔的,但是產(chǎn)生非合同提到的以外的錯誤就另當別論.
