With the improvement of living conditions,more and more children or adults are overweighted in China.
The definition of obesity is simply having too much body fat.Being overweight means that you weigh too much according to healthy levels.Being obese significantly increases the individual's probability for the development of every preventable disease .For example,being obese can lead to heart attack or high blood pressure.More than 83 percent of all heart disease is caused by obesity and/or being overweight.
It is time for us to wake up and start protecting ourselves.Parents can keep their children away from the junk food or fast food and do some daily exercises .Adults also pay attention to their diet and do some regular exercise,such as jogging or walking.
We should form good eating habits .We should know what to eat and how to eat.I hope people can live a healthy lifestyle.In this way,our country will be stronger.
