In collection with this issue,I think that I can answer it from all aspects of which I can prefer one or be of middlebrow.This issue can be expressed by the examles of movies such as relaxing and humorous comedy movies or scary movies.
After I have completed an arduous work load,and I want relax myself,personally speaking,I would prefer relaxing and delighting movies.Maybe I will enjoy the processes of them and laugh heartily.And according to the science research,thus movies can strengthen people's immunity.Personally speaking,I feel good.
Of course,what I am saying is not to watch thoes movies which will make us uncomfortable.When I am with my girlfriend,we will watch the scary movies.I have my own purpose surely.
In my opinion,no matter how,what we do should go along with our own willings.We have different needs in doing thus,and thus do happen.From the sayings of the philosophy,thus are reasonable.
