Job satisfaction is widely concerned in today’s society.I maintain that there are three significant elements contribute to job satisfaction---- job security,sense of fulfillment,and equatable payment.
Job security is the moste vital factor,I think.The sense of stable contributes towards job satisfaction,while the unemployment rate still stays high in most of the countries,especially in the developing countries.Taking a comparatively steady job renders the employee feel pleasant.
Sense of fulfillment is important not only during the work,but also in our daily lives.This kind of sense will make the workers identify themselves as contributable persons or valuable persons.That helpful for the job satisfaction.
Fairness is undoubtedly a hot topic in resent years.Every single person is focus on if he or she gets the fair treatment.It also influences the job satisfaction.Equable payment is a significant aspect in management.Just like we always say,“no ‘pay’ no gain”.Itis commonly agreed by the adults.The worker who receives fair salary is most likely to feel satisfy.
However nearly all the workers are excepting higher pay,comfortable and even never be unemployed jobs.But the truth is,this kind of jobs is unreal.And now,there are still a lot of worker are suffering stressful and overload works.
The booming economy requires the workers work harder and longer with unfair salaries.The research shows that the mental workers get the payment as over five times as the manual workers,who are spending more time and anergy on works,get.
All in all,job satisfaction is a vital element in the development of economy.But it is hard to meet all the workers’ expectation.
