Competition is the essence for market economy.However,because of Chinese economy’s the two-track system,a number of industries and enterprises do not really participate in market competition,but they can control the price and hold the market by the advantages of monopoly privileges and administrative department’s protection,so abundant profits are acquired.The monopoly domain includes telecommunication、electricity corporation,finance institution,insurance corporation,railway corporation,petroleum industry and other industries.These monopolies establish various terms for holding their territory and preventing competition from others,so that workers in these industries can get excessive incomes.At the same time,the unreasonable administrative monopoly restricts on another companies’ participation.As a result,the employment ratio of the whole society decreases.The income gap between people will be widened when those unreasonable monopoly income increases.
