First I think the job is suitable for me .If I have to do things that I don't like ,I will be tired soon.And if we do things that we are fond of,then we can have endless infinite energy.
Second,I think I would like to work in a nice enviroment,where there is not much noise and no much dust.
Third,I think the work schedule must be fixed ,float schedule is tiresome.
The second and the third outlines are very important for our health.Health is the most important for everyone of us,we can have no job for a while,but if we have no good health for a while there will be endless trouble.
In the last,I think good leaders are very important for a company and also important for us staff,because good leaders can make a good atmosphere for us all,that will give us a good emotion .
