本設(shè)計(jì)完成了過(guò)程生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件程序的編寫,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)過(guò)程生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù),自動(dòng)記錄、統(tǒng)計(jì)和顯示,所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)上具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值.
This design has finished the compilation of hardware circuit design and software programs for the process manufacturing counting system,and it realizes the automatic counting,recoding,statistics and displaying of process manufacturing output.The designed system is practical and valuable in the application to industrial manufacturing.
整個(gè)系統(tǒng)有三種工作模式,分別是“計(jì)數(shù)模式”和“統(tǒng)計(jì)模式”和“校時(shí)模式”,由光電傳感器檢測(cè)物件通過(guò)流水線的情況實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù),通過(guò)EEPROM和時(shí)鐘芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)特定日期下計(jì)數(shù)總量的存儲(chǔ)和統(tǒng)計(jì),將所得的數(shù)據(jù)在對(duì)應(yīng)的模式下由LCD顯示屏顯示出來(lái).
There are three working modes for the whole system:"Counting mode","Statistics mode" and "Timing mode" respectively; the automatic counting in the manufacturing is realized by making photoelectric sensor detection object through the production line.The acquired data will be displayed on a LCD screen under corresponding mode by letting EEPROM and clock chip realize the storage and statistics of counting amount under specific date.
