A fisrst issue to review relates to the structure and timing of ongoing equity investments required of your company in the construction of this project.My understanding from Mr.wang is that approximately 40% of the construction cost has been funded to-date by Chinese banks in the form of debt and in the form of equity investment,and that your equity investment to-date is approximately US$175 million,which is about 20% of the total construction investment to-date.
My understanding is that an additional equity investment of US$175 million will be required in order to complete the construction.Mr.wang has informed me that the current plan is to make the required equity investments as they are needed into the legal entity that will have issued the proposed Western debt financing,and then that legal entity will make the required equity
