Here it comes; some people may think that the pet dogs can make up a big business market if we take some good measures to rule it.However I think we need to realize the serious situation.On account to pet dogs’ big population,high increasing rate,and all the serious effects such dog abandonment,diseases,and deaths it caused,we need to forbid keeping pet dogs in cities as soon as possible.The fact here is that now the increasing rate of our pet dog population is beyond our control,our cities have large population,the average space is smaller and smaller,additionally,we don’t have a sound law system to rule the rearing of pet dogs in cities as most Western countries,thus we should forbid keeping pet dogs in cities.
