Private car owners should be taxed for pollution
With more and more private cars swarming into our lives,we seem to have less fresh air and more risks of getting a disease.Some maintian that we should control the number of cars,but I do not agree with them,I stick to the idea that private car owners should be taxed for their pollution.My idea stems from three aspects as follows.
Firstly,any discussion about this problem would inevitably involves money.Some think that it will be another expense to our lives,but it can really refrain us from using cars frequently.Secondly,although control the number of cars enjoys a distinct advantage,we are in a modern society,controlling the number of cars will bring inconvinence to us.Thirdly,I do not deny that taxing the private car owners will bring inconvinence to us,but it can bring fresh air to us,we can take a bus to work,And 'keep fresh air' should be the slogan bear in our minds.
