Accordingto the graphs,we can know that it cost 30% of the total budgets on resources whichwere books and facilities,which were furniture and equipment.The coast ofresources remained the same level,kept at approximately 30%,from 1981 to2001,while the spending of insurance increased slightly from 2% to 8%,duringthe 20 years period.
