摘要：在全國(guó)耕地減少、建設(shè)用地日趨緊張的背景下,灘涂是非?？少F的戰(zhàn)略資源.處于淤漲中的淤泥海岸灘涂,在一定條件下是可再生資源.現(xiàn)在盤錦市大洼縣有一塊沿海的灘涂,對(duì)其進(jìn)行改造,將長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)遭受海水侵蝕的此塊灘涂改成水田,進(jìn)行水稻種植.
