For logistical reasons a break in the Run-In flow is allowed if the difference
between oven temperature and temperature outside of the oven does not exceed
5°C.
• Condensation ha to be avoided under all circumstances.
• It has to be assured that the number of UZ cycles is not affected by the length
of the break.
• The Run-In flow is continued at room temperature
\2 If the oven has to be cleared unexpectedly it must not be opened till the
temperature difference between the oven and the environment is below 5°C.
• The power supply must be immediatelly switched off in case of a defective
oven.
• Any condensation has to be avoided under all circumstances even if the
ECUs are not supplied.
• The Run-In flow has to be continued at the temperature where the defect
occured.The ECU must not be powered up till the temperature for re-entering
the Run-In flow is reached.As soon as the temperature is reached the power
cycling of the ECU is started and the temperature is held constant for a
waiting time of 120 seconds.After that,the Run-In is continued.
• An unecpected break has to be documented in the "SG-Lebenslauf".
• The number of UZ Cycles is higher due to the waiting time of 120s
10.4 Power cycles:
• The maximum voltage applied during a power cycle must not exceed 16 Volt
• In off state the maximum voltage must be below 0.5 Volt
