Last time when we talk via MSN I told you that we have quality problems with 3 your pulleys.
The mainly problem we have with your pulley hart 345 283,OE 0515.V5.
First part this pulleys 1000pcs.was low quality and we had many claims for this pulley.You agree on that,you inform as that the new part 500pcs.that we received in March i will be much better quality.But it’s not.Right now my quality department blocked sell this part.From beginning this year we have more then 30 claims,and almost all of this claims have additional cost our customers.The reason of that is when the pulley broke on 2 elements then this “ free element” damage others engine parts :camshaft belt,belt tensioner,housing camshaft and others parts.For clear please check photos in attachment.There is show about what damage I’m writing.Right now we have additional cost correspond with claims for this pulley on amount around 2000USD.
I have on warehouse 700pcs.new pulleys 345 283 that I can’t sell because the quality are too low.Like you know we sell your pulleys under our brand name,so we can’t risk opinion our customers.Form me the best way to solve this problem will be send you this items back and received our money back.
The same problem with quality we have with the new pulley 347 005 46447843.For the beginning we sold 130pcs.We received back more then 30pcs.form our clients.This is more than 20% claims.We also blocked the sell this part.We have 365pcs.new not sold items and we also want send you this items back.
Third pulley that we have quality problem is 345 281 074105251AC,we have still quality problem with this pulley.First batch and second have low quality.But right now more urgent is solve problem with pulleys 345 283 and 347 005.
