Warranty of Services.
服務(wù)保證（保修條款）：
We warrant that our services will be performed in accordance with generally accepted standards in the industry for a three (3) months period after completion.
我方保證：我方將按照公認(rèn)的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在完成后進(jìn)行為期三（3）個月的保修.
We make no other warranties or guarantees, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
我方?jīng)]有其它明示或暗示的、法定的或其它的保證或擔(dān)保.
All implied or statutory warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose are specifically excluded.
所有暗示的或法定的針對適銷性和適用性的保證特此排除.
If any of our services are found to be deficient within the three months period following their completion, we will provide the additional services (within the original scope of the services provided) necessary to correct the deficiency at no cost to you, provided that we are advised of such deficiency in a timely manner within such three months period.
如果在完成后的這三個月內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)我方的服務(wù)有缺陷,我方將（在原來提供的服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)）提供必要的額外服務(wù),以修正缺陷,無需你方(支付)任何費(fèi)用,條件是我方應(yīng)在這三個月期間內(nèi)及時告知此類缺陷.
Our services will be deemed completed when we deliver our Work Product (as described in section “Scope of Work” in the current letter above).
在我方提交我方的“工作產(chǎn)品”之時,我方的服務(wù)將被視為完成（如本函前面的“工作范圍”章節(jié)所述）.
This provision of additional services constitutes our sole liability and is your exclusive remedy with respect to any defects, deficiencies, errors or omissions services.
