human resource 不加the,還有主語,不是人力資源越來越重要,而是其管理越來越重要,加management.這里最好用完成時(shí)(你結(jié)尾也用is becoming重復(fù)).more and more 用爛了,不如替換has become increasingly或has gradually become.是great talent而非ce結(jié)尾,people不用is.人才吸引可用attracting talents(這里指人才)或talented persons attraction(名詞短語),而不是draw attention;若是遞進(jìn)句式表示吸引、留住人才,可用attract and retain talented employees.."the advantage of"去掉,整句話跟前文不搭,前文提的是問題,而這里又說達(dá)到這一目標(biāo),可改成“performance assessment is the answer”.activity多指活動(dòng),這里表達(dá)的意味應(yīng)該是措施吧,替換measure或way,aim那兒改成is aimed at making.把decision提前,make an objective and fair decision in the management of human resource,which去掉.第一個(gè)efficient去掉,不然重復(fù)累贅.if整句改成proper application of it直接跟will.for example可改成such as來拉緊句子,其后的the去掉,the enterprise改成enterprises,the(去掉) strong market前逗號(hào)改and.contrary后變improper application of it will cause trouble.such as 可改成e.g..后面的the全去掉,沒有worse benefit的說法,and so on和前面重復(fù),去掉.efficient拼寫錯(cuò)誤.way可改approach(可直接加to enterprise success).competical什么詞?如果是論文建議把text換paper,talk主語是人,可用focus on,這句話好像是要舉實(shí)例的意思,那應(yīng)在focus 前再加also.
