The screening tools (if provided to Philips)shall be proved with a calibration report and any required training or documentation to ensure both a through & effective use of the tools or equipment provided.
Supplier will act in accordance with the Quick Feedback Loop procedure.The Quick Feedback Loop is established to ensure that the field call rate of products is reduced as soon as much as possible following the commercial release of a Product.Supplier acknowledges this.
