The equipment provided by the supplier shall be additionally charged with the transportation fee and the cost for arrival of port in China; all package fee; the clearance fee, inspection fee and insurance fee and insurance collecting standard on the arrival of port. According to the total price provided by the supplier, the price shall comply with the 80% total price in Russia and mogolia and 20% in Eastern Asia, Southern Asia, Western Asia and so on and 25% in Africa ans etc.
3. After entering into the contract by both parties, the payment mode shall be in accordance with the ratio of three, six and one which means that the initial payment shall be 30% contract down payment and 60% payment before leaving the port and the rest of 10% price will be paid in the L/C. (The payment period for the L/C shall be no more than 3 months.)
