(2) Supplier shall defend,indemnify,and hold harmless Mikasa and the Customers from any liability or penalty that may beimposed on Mikasa and/or the Customers by reason of any alleged breach of Article 16 (1) bySupplier,any Subcontractor,employee,or any other representative or agent of Supplierhereunder.
