本合同未盡事宜或條款內(nèi)容不明確,合同雙方當(dāng)事人可以根據(jù)本合同的原則、合同的目的、交易習(xí)慣及關(guān)聯(lián)條款的內(nèi)容,按照通常理解對本合同作出合理解釋.該解釋具有約束力,除非解釋與法律或本合同相抵觸.
if the unfulfilled affair and articles are not clear,the involved parties are to make reasonable interpretations according to common sense on the basis of the principles and goals of the contract and transaction habits and the relevant terms.besides,the interpretation is binding,unless it collides with law and the contract.
