我在國外租了臺服務器,感覺帶寬有限制,向他們反映,給的答復我用google翻譯好象沒有什么實質(zhì)解決辦法,不知是不是!

It could be a myriad of things from your local internet being loaded to high traffic on the server to an attack of some form .By looking at your bandwidth graphs (please see attached) I would wager that you are seeing most of your issues between 10PM to 9AM CST.If this were adjusted for your hours I believe it would come roughly to noon-11PM.Does this sound conducive to your experiences?
If you can please provide a trace route to the server during slow times,and that will potentially help us as well.You can do this by opening up the Windows command prompt (Start Menu->All Programs->Accessories->command) and typing in "tracert 69.175.11.102" in order to determine how long it takes to reach the server.The other thing is do you host your own DNS on this server or do you host it on a different server?If another server I would likely recommend looking into this as well if you are having a significant delay before the page even starts to load or you get "cannot resolve" or other lookup related errors.

What is your IP address?You can find this out by going to whatismyip.com and it will tell you.The server is likely blocking your traffic if you don't have the ICMP protocol blocked.Have you checked the resource usage by going to the Start Menu,selecting "Security" then going to "Task Manager" and then the "performance" tab?

I am just wondering if it's a firewall because the trace route ends at the cabinet switch rather than your server.Can you get on the server at all?
