    =3x2-2{x-15x2-20x-x+1} (去中括號(hào))
    =3x2-2{-15x2-20x+1} (化簡(jiǎn)大括號(hào)里的式子)
    =3x2+30x2+40x-2 (去掉大括號(hào))
    =33x2+40x-2
    當(dāng)x=-2時(shí),原式=33×(-2)2+40×(-2)-2=132-80-2=50

    ∵16x3m-1y5和-x5y2n+1是同類項(xiàng)
    ∴對(duì)應(yīng)x,y的次數(shù)應(yīng)分別相等
    ∴3m-1=5且2n+1=5
    ∴m=2且n=2
    ∴3m+2n=6+4=10
    本題考察我們對(duì)同類項(xiàng)的概念的理解.
    例6.已知x+y=6,xy=-4,求:(5x-4y-3xy)-(8x-y+2xy)的值.
    (5x-4y-3xy)-(8x-y+2xy)
    =5x-4y-3xy-8x+y-2xy
    =-3x-3y-5xy
    =-3(x+y)-5xy
    ∵x+y=6,xy=-4
    ∴原式=-3×6-5×(-4)=-18+20=2
    說(shuō)明:本題化簡(jiǎn)后,發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)果可以寫(xiě)成-3(x+y)-5xy的形式,因而可以把x+y,xy的值代入原式即可求得最后結(jié)果,而沒(méi)有必要求出x,y的值,這種思考問(wèn)題的思想方法叫做整體代換,希望同學(xué)們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,注意使用.
