Federer wsa good at skiing ,basketball and soccer.But at the age of 12,he decided to forget other sports and concentrated on tennis ."Roger would tell me that he was going to become the would No.1.A lot of other kids would say that,but it was Roger who was born with a racket in his hand," said his first coach.People now see Federer as a good-tempered and cool-headed player.But when he was young ,he was often out of control on the court.He would not stop crying for more than 10 minute when he lost a match.
Nowaday on the court,Federer is respected for his skills;off the court,he is respected for his kind heart.In 2003,he co-founded the Roger Federer Foundation.This foundation helps poor childern and promotes sport activities for yong people in poor areas.
