    有的壓力會(huì)最直接地影響到我們的身體,還有我們的心情,甚至我們身邊的所有人.影響大小因個(gè)人而異了.但身體的負(fù)面影響是最應(yīng)該得到我們的關(guān)注的,沒有了好的身體,這世界的萬物對于我們就會(huì)失去一切意義,毫無價(jià)值可言了.為了身體的健康,心情的愉悅,以及愛我們及我們所愛的人跟好的生活,我們必須勇敢面對壓力,放寬心情,努力去適應(yīng)壓力,以平靜的心態(tài)最終打敗壓力.有些壓力只是自己給的,生活中萬物你不可能皆得,撿你最重要的擁有就該知足了.
    每個(gè)人都需要壓力.壓力使人進(jìn)步 ,但壓力要適度,壓力太大會(huì)導(dǎo)致煩躁、失眠、抑郁、和各種心理問題.所以當(dāng)你感到壓力太大時(shí),要及時(shí)的放松一下,去逛逛街、跟朋友聊聊或者在家聽聽比較歡快的音樂,反正要及時(shí)的調(diào)整.

    Some stresses directly affect our bodies,our moods,and even people around us.Their effectsmay vary.However,Its negative impacts on our bodies should deserve the most attention.Without good health,all things in the world lose their meanings;they do not have value anymore.For the sake our physical health,our happiness,our love one and beloved ones,and a good life,we must bravely face our stress; try relaxing our mood,adapting to the stresses.Keeping a calm state of mind will eventually help defeating stresses.Some of these stresses are given by ourselves!One cannot have all things in life.Why not just grab the most important ones and live in contentment(知足)?
