我想樓主的疑惑在于為什么不是confirms 而是confirm.
是這樣的,這是虛擬語(yǔ)氣.it is important that...中,that從句里的謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞要用原形,或者should加動(dòng)詞原形.important換成imperative,essential等形容詞也要虛擬語(yǔ)氣.
Collins 詞典里有這樣一個(gè)例句：
It was important that he rest.
it is important that the office _______ your registration
it is important that the office _______ your registration
選confirm是因?yàn)閕mportant do ? 不是也有to do
選confirm是因?yàn)閕mportant do ? 不是也有to do
