是不是說：原本pcr是用來擴增兩個primer之間的序列的,現(xiàn)在要explore一段已知序列的兩邊,所以只要把那段序列的兩個方向先分成兩段,然后第一遍擴增后就可以得到最端的序列,然后再進行usual pcr...能否再說的詳細點呢？謝謝啊嘞嘞。。。這個。。。我覺得。就是傳說中的5‘extension、、、就是在中間序列已知的情況下。。利用這個dna 2條連都可以用來pcr的特點，找到其中一個的5’端（就是另一條的3‘端），然后就可以完全復制這個序列了。。。特征主要是在已知一條3’時。。。pcr的時間不要太長，創(chuàng)造出primer、、、、吶。。。大概就是這個意思。。。。
