B的錯誤在于第二個空‘have not noticed’的時態(tài)不對.
這里要用過去進行時也就是‘was not noticing’,表示當(dāng)時（就是第一個人說的時候）我沒有注意到,是那個時候我所處的狀態(tài)（沒有注意）.
如果用完成時‘have not noticed’則表示,我一直都沒有注意到(從過去一直到第一個人告訴我的時候）,可是事實是當(dāng)?shù)谝粋€人告訴你的時候,你已經(jīng)注意到了,所以是不對的,不可以用完成時.
第一個空填‘should be allowed to take’或者‘is allowed to take’在語法上都是沒有錯誤的,但是意思上來說還是‘is allowed to take’更好,如果選‘should be allowed to take’則翻譯為‘這里沒有照片應(yīng)該被允許被照’很別扭,如果想用‘should be allowed’,正常的說法應(yīng)該是It should not be allowed to take photoes here.
所以要選C不可以選B
