The oral English teaching started early in china.Due to the college entrance examination,many teacher emphasis the grammar and words.What's more,students are lacking of the environment to practice their oral English.As a result,students can't do well in oral English learning.In fact,the most important element that influenced oral English teaching is the psychological barrier.We always ignore this important element.
Teaching Oral English teaching in middle school occupies a very important position,but due to various reasons,resulting in oral English teaching in a number of constraints.This article aims to analyze the causes of these difficulties arise,and attempts to provide Measures to be addressed
Difficulties and its causes.First written and oral re-light the idea,leading to students and even some teachers do not attach importance to the oral teaching.Second The rigidity of teaching oral lead to students is difficult to improve.Third Learning and teaching environment is not conducive to the improvement of speaking ability of students.(class and outside).Forth Out of touch with the students practical teaching materials,led to speaking training students are not enthusiastic.Fifth Students knowledge and vocabulary was limited verbal fluency.Sixth Single method of teaching teachers to stimulate interest in speaking not learning.
Strategy:First Emphasis on oral teaching.Will be raised to the status of oral teaching and speaking and writing the same height,in the English level of students in the evaluation system to improve the proportion of oral performance.Second Improve teaching methods,enrich teaching form,to improve the oral teaching environment.Oral teaching and the students will actually close contact with students that have learned to use,and using a variety of educational technology,stimulate interest and improve effectiveness.Third Enrich the teaching materials to enrich and broaden the horizons of students,armed with the minds of the students so that they have something to say,willing to say.
