I hereby certify that XXX,a student __1__ in XXX at XXX University,__2__ __3__our company from June 15,2011 to September 5,2011 and January 18,2012 to March 3,2012.這里的1應該填has been majoring 還是majored?2 應該天had worked 還是has worked 還是worked?3 應該填for 還是 at 還是in?我快瘋了.這是要給老外看的,求各位大神幫幫忙看看我這句話有沒有什么其他錯誤還是怎么寫會更好一點啊!跪謝!

I hereby certify that XXX,a student majored in XXX at XXX University,had worked in our company from June 15,2011 to September 5,2011 and January 18,2012 to March 3,2012.如果能解釋一下其他幾項為何不對，就更加萬分感謝了?。∽C明的事實是 “過去，曾經(jīng)有個某某學生在某某學校某某專業(yè)班級就讀"得用過去時，而from June 15,2011 to September 5,2011 and January 18, 2012 to March 3, 2012只是過去的一個時間段，用過去完成時即had+過去分詞的結(jié)構(gòu)。如果去掉時間段，是不是可以用She (has completed/fulfilled) an internship in this company?對呀，去掉時間段就屬于過去時的范疇了呀。。。
