Nowadays ,with the price of houses hovering at high levels ,whether the housing price will go down has become a heated topic .Some people contend that the price of houses may fall with the action of the government ,while others oppose that the housing price won't sink with any extent and even can reach a higher level .
To begin with ,the government's financial depond on the income ,which created by selling land to the land agents .This economic system decides that the government won't do some restrictive measures with a seriously attitude .Secondly ,because of this special relationship between the local government and the land agents ,even if the central government take some methods to restrict the unconscionable price ,it can not be undertaken effectively and lastingly by the local ,that's why the housing price can only go down for a short time .With the analyse of the result of the central government methods ,Effort of Playing Ball ,which can describe the result abstractly has been called .
Last but not least ,the consume demand of the houses is also one of the factors ,which result the price of housing maintaining at high levels .As the shortage of houses for necessary ,this demand will lasting for a long time ,that may makes the housing price reach a higher level .
In conclusion ,As far as I am concerned ,I do not think the housing price can go down unless the following measures can be taken into consideration .Firstly ,change the system of the government's financial ,Secondly ,determination should be taken into the government's method to solve the problems ,that means the company of special benefit should be removed .Thirdly ,more houses for necessary should be built .I do believe that the housing price can go down when the measures above are taken ,while ,actually ,It's a difficult journey .
