Yangling is a Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone in China.There has emerged a large number of agricultural science and technology enterprises.But these enterprises as a whole also shows a slow development phenomena,such as a small number,low quality,short life cycle,unperfect market,lack of leading enterprises in Yangling agricultural science and technology etc.This paper,based on the present situation of Yangling Agricultural Science and Technology Development Enterprises,referencing to other high-tech business park of advanced experience,proposed the new idea of extending incubator chain of agricultural science and technology enterprises to solve the above mentioned problem in a new way.
