要區(qū)分可以先把quite 去掉較容易分別few意為“幾乎沒(méi)有”其后面是跟可數(shù)名詞；little意為“幾乎沒(méi)有”其后面是跟不可數(shù)名詞（兩者均為否定詞）a few意為“一些”其后面是跟可數(shù)名詞； a little 意為“一點(diǎn)”其后面是跟不可數(shù)名詞a lot意為“很多”a bit= a little 意為“一點(diǎn)”
many 和much .都是表示很多的意思,其中many修飾可數(shù)名詞,much修飾不可數(shù)名詞如There are many students in the classroom如I have much money lots of 和a lot of 都是表示很多的意思,這兩個(gè)詞組既可以修飾可數(shù)名詞還可以修飾不可數(shù)名詞,他們兩個(gè)是一樣的few表示幾乎沒(méi)有,表否定a few 表示有一點(diǎn)有肯定的意思后接可數(shù)名詞little和a little也是表示的和few 的用法相同,但是它們只能修飾不可數(shù)名詞的,
