My favorite Place
When I think about which place I like extremely to go at present and in the future,the one-my grandfather’s village appears before my eyes.Considering this,it is no surprising that I must choose that village as my favourite place to tell you.
The village lines in my hometown—YanCheng city in JiangSu province.I always love it because it is the birthplace of mine.But not only for this reason,the rivers,hills,trees,birds,fishes and so on,also including the most important persons—my grandmother and grandfather.
At first sight,it is exactly a home for destitute old people,all the houses in the village are age-old as the white poplar trees.Every morning,many elderly women carry their vegetable baskets,walk together slowly on the narrow bumpy road to buy the fresh food.Among these grandmas,my grandma walks usually the fastest,because she knows that grandpa and I are waiting for her eagerly,just for the favorite Chinese bread.
The other interesting scenery there is near the river.After buying the
meats and vegetables,women still need wash those dirty clothes.In my opinion,it is truly a magnificent project.They beat the clothes on a smooth stone with an old stick.Bang!Bang!Like a beautiful music.But now,I can not see this again,because every house in the village had running water in nearly ten years ago.
Long time immersed in the sweet memories,it is quite hard for me to come back to the actualities.Time has not been kind to the village’s looks.But I know,in my heart,it is always my favourite place.
