這一部分不能就寫個大學(xué),要加上你主修什么(Major),分?jǐn)?shù)多少(Results),有沒有參加什么社團(tuán)(Extracurricular Activities),擔(dān)任什么職務(wù)等.
Language and Computer Operation Proficiency
Ability的話的確是能力的意思,但是呃,還是有區(qū)別的.通常來說能力測試都是Proficiency Test,沒有人說Ability Test的.
Average in English!這是個怎么回事?什么叫平均線上下?是誰說的平均?具體在什么個水準(zhǔn)?如果有考級的話就說清楚級別,如果有在其他的地方練習(xí)英文的話最好也請注明.如果樓主覺得光是英文級別沒辦法說明的話可以分成聽說讀寫四個部分,比如說聽,可以大致全部聽懂所有某某專業(yè)用語和日常對話,讀可以讀懂某個英文報紙什么的.或者可以用級別類的形容詞：例如Beginner,Conversational,Fluent,Native.
同樣的,下面的computer proficiency,也可以給一個級別的形容詞,比如說：Beginner,Advanced,Expert.這時候不要想著謙虛.恕我直言,那個average in English的說法很明顯是謙虛的產(chǎn)物.個人覺得樓主的英文很不錯了,職場上不容的謙虛的.覺得自己真地用得很熟了,就給他寫Expert.其他的就都寫Advanced.
Years of experience in the field to solve THE PROBLEM.是什么problem?如果有具體的事例就可以用具體的,不想再花地方寫的話就用概括類的詞代替,比如說什么logistics arrangement problems and emergencies.當(dāng)然我不知道什么是logistics arrangement,just an example,亂說的,
Day-to-day work of department:daily operations of logistics department (最好在上面說出你是什么department的technical manager) 然后這里就用daily operations of the department.
More complex logistics programs:把more去掉.
這里我有點(diǎn)看不明白.Materials producing design?還是Materials producing () and design?但是不論哪一個,應(yīng)該是：Materials Production Design or materials production and design.

Sector:板塊的意思.Economy Sector:經(jīng)濟(jì)板塊,Industry Sector,行業(yè)板塊.這里應(yīng)該用Department吧?有點(diǎn)不太知道這句話你想說的是?前面幾條都有具體動詞,突然這條的不見了…可以用Ensured timely communication.Production progress tracking or tracking of production progress,product quality control
可以分兩條啊,ensured timely communication,in charge of Production progress tracking and product quality control.

另外,可以在responsibilities之后加一條：Achievements,就如樓上所說,寫一下有什么成績.
