Firstly my personal reason to resign my job is that It is no later than by the end of May this year I would be leaving anyway because of some plan I had made long time before.Secondly some reasons regarding the pay：As you can probably see that no one has been recruited ever since we have the jobs posted on the door from last year.Working in supermarket with a pay as low as 2000 Yuan seems no interesting to anyone anymore.Another fact is the total workload here is to be undertaken by eight persons yet now only by as many as four people including me.So I have to play various roles to cover the works required to keep the business running during this period as cashier,cleaner,delivery guy and even promotion speicalist as well as translater.What at least I suppose the boss can do in such a circumstance is to cheer me up by saying something as simple as 'Well done'.Without even getting this and given the reasons above I have to hand in my resignation.
