4.3.5 Seller is obliged to sell and deliver essential spare and wearing parts to buyer for a period of ten years from the expiry of this contract.Should seller discontinue to manufacture the spare and wearing parts in question,he is released from delivering them only by written approval of buyer and by submitting the drawings and other necessary manufacturing documentation to buyer with the right to use all drawings and documentation for manufacturing the parts in question without hindrance of patents,registration of designs or other industrial rights.Note that purchase item such as PLC and electrical components subject to supplier parts availability,in the even if parts becomes obsolete,seller will assist to modified the necessary to suit the alternative components available.For such modification shall be of buyer account.
4.4 if a component,an equipment or any other part of complete supply is not mentioned in contract documents to be within the scope of supply,but deemed to be part of the complete supply pursuant to this contract,such component or equipment or other part shall be deemed to belong to the scope of supply and be included in the price,except for those parts expressly specified in the contract to be excluded from supply.
7.2 The above price shall include any and all cost of supply accured to seller up to the acceptance of supply,as well as the costs for the fulfilment of sellers warranty obligations according to this contract.
7.4.2 seller is obliged to see that all tax benefits obtainable in favor of buyer shall be taken care of in connection of the import.
