The Buyer will initiate the execution of the contract by issuing a BG or SBLC worth 3 months delivery of products with validity for 13.5 months (issued by top 50 world banks in USA,Europe or other country approved by seller)
which will be used to pay last 3 months shipment of the first 12 months contract.
The BG or SBLC is unconditional and transferable.
Monthly delivery of products for first 9 months will be paid by TT/DLC.
