You are kindly requested to submit us your offer for supply,Installation,Commissioning and Operation of Full Production Line for pre-stressed Concrete Poles of Various Sizes.And according to the attached technical specifications for the purpose of concluding contracts of mutual agreement for every item separately taking into consideration the following conditions:
Penalty of delay :0.1% one per thousand of the total value of the contract per each day of delay over the contractual period with the ceiling of penalty not exceeding 20% of the total value of the contract
PEDE is allowed to calculate the daily penalty of delay on the basis of the delayed part in delivery if the two following correlative conditions are achieved:
A - Delivering other material is done within the specified period.
B - The part delayed in delivery is separate from the other materials delivered at the usual using.
8 - Offer’s Commitment period 120 days
9 Taxes and duties :The contractor as regards to his obligation will bear the following taxes and duties:
9/1 Stamp duty for the two copies of the contract amounting to 0.008% (eight per thousand) of the total value of the contract which shall be paid(in Syrian Pounds) by PEDE on behalf of the Contractor to the account of financial directorate of Damascus Governorate within (30) days from the date of commencement order,(account No.3541/23 with Central Bank of Syria).
還有這句：A copy of each of the above mentioned documents is to be sent directly to PEDEEE - contracts Directorate - External Contracts Department in Damascus.
