Recently,we often have to negotiate the discrepancy扣錢,the following questions,please help resolve this question:
1.Delivery delay but not to amend the letter of credit delivery,resulting in delivery of the discrepancy
2.Air waybill copy pieces of letters of credit have been requested,but only康捷provide a copy of the original space,resulting in discrepancy
Point above the bank will not扣錢and will extend the negotiation time,please explain and banks,the above situation,please do not withholding money discrepancy
