Sales Goals:Distributor will be required to launch the product fully in all its channels first year with projected volume of 400,000 cases (24 cans in each case) but no minimum requirement on purchases is required.700,000 cases is required second year and increases to 1,200,000 cases for the third year,and to 1,600,000 cases fourth year,and to 2,100,000 cases fifth year.
Distributor’s
Duties:Distributor will use its best efforts to promote and distribute the Products in the Territory.Distributor will be responsible for all advertising.The Agreement may require Distributor to devote a stated percentage of sales to its advertising and promotion budget for the Products.
Promotional
Materials:Company will provide camera ready copy and images for advertising and promotional materials.It will be Distributor’s obligation to translate or otherwise localize the materials and to reproduce and distribute the materials.
