    摘 要
    通過(guò)對(duì)飛機(jī)模型的工藝分析和相關(guān)參數(shù)的計(jì)算,選用注塑成型方式制造.選定注塑機(jī)的型號(hào)為XS-ZY-125并采用一模一腔的注塑模式進(jìn)行加工.結(jié)合飛機(jī)模型的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),選用平直分型面,便于脫模.澆口形式采用點(diǎn)澆口,保證成飛機(jī)模型的質(zhì)量和外觀且自行拉斷容易實(shí)現(xiàn)脫模時(shí)的自動(dòng)化.在對(duì)飛機(jī)模型的尾架盲孔進(jìn)行成型時(shí),采用常見(jiàn)的側(cè)向分型與抽芯的方式,同時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算了型腔尺寸.飛機(jī)模型的推出機(jī)構(gòu)采用常用的推桿推出機(jī)構(gòu),并選用導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套的合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu).在軟件應(yīng)用方面,綜合運(yùn)用Auto CAD、UG軟件,對(duì)飛機(jī)模型注塑模的整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和分析,繪制出飛機(jī)模型三維零件圖和模具裝配圖,生成二維圖,清晰的表示了飛機(jī)模型注塑模的各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)和裝配關(guān)系.在模具輔助加工方面,制定了動(dòng)模上的型腔加工工藝路線,確定了銑刀、進(jìn)刀量加工余量等.

    Based on the technical analysis and calculation of related parameters of the model airplane, the corresponding injection molding manufacture process was selected.The selected
    plastic injection moulding machine model was XS-ZY-125 and the injection mode of one mold to one model was adopted in the production.(ztlthb)
    Considering the structural characteristics of aircraft models,flat parting surface was adopted as it was easy to release the mold.(ztlthb)
    Point Injection mouth was the type used in the injection, which guaranteed the quality and
    appearance of the aircraft model and it could pull off easily when releasing so it was easy to realize the automation.For the molding of the tail of the aircraft model the commonly used lateral parting typeand the core-pulling operation were employed. At the same time,
    design and calculation of cavity size were conducted. The Launching mechanisum was the commonly used push lever design combined with the clamping of the guide pin bushings guiding mechanism. In terms of software applications, integrated application of Auto
    CAD, UG software to design the overall structure of the injection mould for the aircraft
    model and analysis was introduced. The three dimensional parts and tooling assembly
    drawing of aircraft models and a two-dimensional graph could be quicly generated with the software, which could clearly illustrate the aircraft model, the structure of injection
    mold parts and theassembly. In terms of mould processing,the development of a dynamic
    simulation of cavity processing was designed with detailed determination on the amount
