無(wú)論賣方或是買方在超過(guò)其合理控制范圍內(nèi)的因素所造成的延遲交貨或不能交貨的情況下,無(wú)須對(duì)另一方承擔(dān)與產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的責(zé)任且不被認(rèn)為是違約.在不排除前面所述的情況下,以下情形也被認(rèn)為是超出買賣雙方合理控制范圍的因素.
